"My family and I were grateful to try Tylt. I used it at work and found it helped my focus when in the long and boring meetings. My grandson who has ASD also loved it. We saw him relax, be calmer, engage better with us and others around him.
I would recommend Tylt to all, those who need to relax more, those that find it hard to focus and those that are on the spectrum. The benefits of using Tylt are really something that you'll only find out by trying it."

"My autistic daughter and I both have a tylt board and we love it. I have it under my work desk and find myself tylting (back and forward and spinning it) when I am concentrating, when I am stressed out, or to stay focused in on-line meetings. It is great to have the option to change the attachment underneath (we both have different preferences). I sometimes flip the board and use the attachment on my feet. Currently I just use it when working at home but it is small enough that you could easily carry it around to different locations." (Me)
"I find myself using the tylt board without even thinking about it. My feet need to keep busy just as much as my hands, and the tylt board is a great tool. Rocking, spinning, and of course tilting. The variety of attachments you can use suit whatever preference someone might have, I myself switch them out depending on how I feel (Daughter)"

"Tylt has been a great addition to my concentration kete! I find that being able to move and rock on it whilst in meetings is helpful for staying focussed. Previously I would have relied on taking the notes and/or doodling and/or having side conversations. I have enjoyed using it and find the time at my desk more sustainable. I have previously used another device under my desk that was supposed to tip forward and back but it never worked particularly well at that angle, it slipped around, and it was bulky. The Tylt is very flexible in the ways that it can be used on so many different angles including diagonal – I often find myself kind of “rowing” with my feet and legs or flipping it over for some “reflexology” on the soles of my feet. Additionally, I am fairly certain that it has made me sit straighter. I would recommend Tylt to anyone to support sustained concentration. As a registered teacher and lecturer, I am a passionate advocate for supporting learning in ways that attend to the physical needs of students to help release the creativity in their brains."

"My son has always had difficulty sitting on a chair for any period of time, which affects his ability to learn, eat and fully engage in activities. We have been using the Tylt for a few months now and I have seen dramatic improvement in his ability to sit for longer periods as he is able to have a physical outlet whilst seated. We couldn't recommend the Tylt enough! The clip on and off mechanism for the different bases is very simple and easy for adults and children alike and adds to the appeal for children with higher sensory needs. Thank you Tylt." "Tylt boards are clever, aesthetic, and enjoyable to use. I love that I can swap out the base to fit mood, my body's needs, or just for a bit of variation. These bases were clearly designed with a real understanding of use and feel, their interesting shapes giving a range of satisfying bumps and feedbacks that make it quite different from the simple “wobbles” that I had expected. I also really like that my board looks great: easily "grown up" enough to take to work and keep in my office, but with little aesthetic touches that I enjoy. I know a lot of thought has gone into making this work well for a diverse range of people, and this really shows in the look and experience of using it." Dr. Natalie Mathews ADHD academic and advocate
